EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent full-time
Our branch is seeking an individual to plan, organize, manage staff and maintain the operations of our restaurant. The individual will be responsible for implementing the proper procedures and policies of restaurants to achieve respective objectives.
Plan, organize and evaluate the operations of the restaurant to ensure proper day-to-day functioning
Maintain inventory and monitor the stocks and order products as required
Make necessary arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly followed
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Recruit and provide staff training
Set work schedule and evaluate performance of staff
Implement and modify operational procedures as required
Resolve customer complaints and implement proper strategies
Provide excellent customer service
EDUCATION: Post secondary education or higher would be an asset.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the food service sector specifically in a similar type of dining establishment, is required
Minimum of 1 year of work experience handling food is required
BENEFITS INCLUDE: Vacation pay of 4% of gross wages
