We are experiencing exponential growth. Do you have a passion for delivering best in class customer service? We have a permanent full time opening for a customer service oriented individual to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator at our office in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and working closely with all departments nation-wide, the successful candidate will be a key member in our mission to provide outstanding customer service.  You will play an integral role in managing customer expectations throughout the installation process as well as coordinating with the installation crews. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best in class service to our customers through prompt and friendly service during all stages of the installation project
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, demonstrating care and urgency
  • Take action and be resolution oriented to solve customer issues
  • Process inbound customer contracts for completeness and accuracy
  • Answer inbound customer, store, sales consultant, installer and order desk inquiries, responding with promptness, courtesy and professionalism
  • Co-ordinate measures with installers
  • Schedule installation date(s) with customers
  • Assign work to installers including building installer work orders
  • Build purchase orders for materials as required
  • Assess job profitability and report any margin erosion
  • Reconcile and approve invoices for payment to sales consultants, installers and vendors
  • Review pipeline sales and meet cycle time expectations
  • Manage customer service non-conformance and expedite resolutions
  • Foster and develop collaborative relationships with team members, vendors and partners
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of office administration or customer service experience is required
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent listening skills and a caring attitude
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management and with subcontractors
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, and a proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team
  • Technology savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of home exterior renovation (particularly the windows, doors, roofing, siding and gutters sector) would be an asset
