We are now recruiting a permanent full-time Installation Supervisor - Windows and Doors. This hands-on position is based out of our Richmond Hill, ON office. The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing high quality and timely installations projects in Greater Toronto Area. This is a field position.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated, accountable supervisor that is highly motivated to get the job done right quickly, every time.  Renovation knowledge coupled with a proven track record overseeing installers is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily job site inspections assuring all quality and safety standards are being met
  • Recruit and train installers; be accountable for installation capacity
  • Achieve quarterly installed revenue targets
  • Meet installers at the loading dock each morning, daily
  • Ensure timely installations by installers
  • Work in conjunction with the local branch team in resolving customer complaints in an effective manner and on a timely basis
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve and proactively address jobsite issues as they arise

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience being a team lead or supervisor
  • Knowledge of home exterior renovation an asset (particularly windows and doors installation)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, contractors and vendors
  • Detail-oriented and well organized, experience working in a deadline oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team based environment
  • Own vehicle required
  • Some weekend work required
