Do you have a passion for delivering best in class customer service? We have a permanent full time opening for a customer service oriented individual to join us as a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator at our office in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor and working closely with all departments nation-wide, the successful candidate will be a key member in our mission to provide outstanding customer service. You will play an integral role in managing customer expectations throughout the installation process as well as coordinating with the installation crews.

The Role:

  • Deliver best in class service to our customers through prompt and friendly service during all stages of the installation project
  • Monitor critical customer contact standards for effective and prompt resolution
  • Liaise with Branches and Dealers to resolves customer concerns
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, demonstrating care and urgency
  • Take action and be resolution oriented
  • Answer inbound phone call/email inquiries to Customer Care department and ensure requests are qualified, briefed on warranty terms and dispatched with promptness, courtesy and professionalism
  • Schedule warranty related service date(s) with customers and installation crews
  • Help to drive and share positive customer reviews internally and externally
  • Foster and develop collaborative relationships with team members, vendors and partners
  • Order and maintain supplies for branch
  • Other duties as assigned

 Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of office administration or customer service experience is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent listening skills and a caring attitude
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management and with subcontractors
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, and a proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of home exterior renovation (particularly the windows, doors, roofing, siding and gutters sector) would be an asset
