Do you have a passion for delivering best in class customer service? We have a permanent full time opening for a customer service oriented individual to join us as a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator at our office in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor and working closely with all departments nation-wide, the successful candidate will be a key member in our mission to provide outstanding customer service. You will play an integral role in managing customer expectations throughout the installation process as well as coordinating with the installation crews.
