Assess and determine customers’ parts requirements with a goal to provide recommendations for current and future needs.  Leads and supports the drive to build a Sales Obsessed Culture by providing an exceptional customer experience. Proactively provides resolution as required to commercial customer issues / displaying critical problem solving. Supports the commercial sales team by providing customer service support. Proactively generates sales through all tools provided which includes regular communication and support as well as flyer and promotional program.
